Couple Found Guilty Of Allowing Death Of Baby While High On Drugs

Stanley Davis was only 24-days-old when he died.

Roxanne Davis and ex-partner Samuel Davies have been found guilty of causing or allowing the death of three-week-old Stanley Davis.

Stanley died in hospital a week after suffering a head injury due to a fall in the couple’s flat in Gosport, Hampshire, in March last year.

Davis and Davies tested positive for drugs after the incident.

The baby also suffered 32 fractures to his ribs and nine fractures to his arms and legs sustained during three separate occasions, the court heard during the three-week trial at Winchester Crown Court.
